RETURN AND REFUND POLICY 

At House of Inara, we maintain a clear and customer-conscious return policy to ensure fairness and clarity. Please read the details below carefully before placing an order.

  • No returns or exchanges unless product is defective
  • Mandatory unboxing video required for damage claims
  • No refunds for size-related issues, rejected deliveries, or sale items

No. All confirmed orders are final and cannot be canceled under any condition. Please double-check your order before completing the payment.

We only accept returns or exchanges if:

  • The item received is damaged or defective, and
  • You provide proper unboxing video proof within 24 hours of delivery

No exchanges or returns are accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Size issues
  • Sale/discounted products
  • Used or tampered items

To qualify, you must send a single, uncut, unedited video of the full unboxing process showing:

  • The sealed package
  • Shipping label (with your name and address)
  • Invoice inside the package
  • The defective or damaged item

Must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery

If approved:

  • Only the product price will be refunded
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • If we are at fault (e.g., wrong item sent), we will reimburse shipping up to ₹80

Yes. No refund, return, or exchange will be provided if:

  • The order is delayed due to courier/logistics
  • The product is rejected at delivery (for prepaid orders)
  • The product has been used
  • The product has been damaged due to misuse
  • The item contains Zirconia stones (these are not covered for damage)

If the order is undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete address:

  • We will not be responsible for refund or re-shipping
  • If the package is returned to us, only 50% of the amount will be refunded within 15–20 working days

For COD orders with ₹199 advance:

  • If the customer refuses or does not accept the delivery, the ₹199 is non-refundable.
