Where We Deliver

We ship to all postal addresses within India. Kindly ensure you provide a complete street address with the correct PIN code during checkout.

Note: We are not liable for postal delays or failed deliveries caused by incomplete or incorrect address details.

To guarantee prompt delivery:

  • Enter your complete shipping address
  • Double-check your PIN code
  • Avoid abbreviations and unclear landmarks

Orders sent to colleges, schools, or hostels are shipped at the customer’s own risk. If the warden or premises staff refuses the package, no refund or credit will be issued.

Yes, but:

  • Mention your preferred delivery date in the "gift message" box while placing the order.
  • If no specific date is mentioned, we will ship and deliver your order at the earliest available opportunity.
  • If the courier incurs a penalty for a mismatched or incorrect address, the customer is liable to pay the extra charges.
  • In case the item is returned due to an incomplete or invalid address:
    • Reshipping charges must be paid by the customer
    • If the package is lost or misplaced, no refund will be issued

Please verify your address carefully before placing the order.

  • Absolutely! Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with:
    • The tracking number
    • Courier partner details
    • Expected delivery date
  •  Note: After dispatch, House of Inara is not responsible for delivery delays as we do not control courier operations.
  • Dispatch Time: Normally within 2 to 3 working days
  • Shipping Time: Typically 7 to 10 days from dispatch date
  • These are estimated timelines. Delays may occur due to:
    • Remote PIN codes
    • Extreme weather conditions
    • Unforeseen courier issues
  • No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be provided for delayed deliveries caused by such situations.

  • We do not guarantee delivery on specific dates unless coordinated in advance.
  • We do not ship internationally at this time.
  • Delivery timelines may extend during festive seasons, public holidays, or due to logistical bottlenecks.
